- In-Country
or Regional Field Service Centers
We are in the initial stages of establishing in-country
or regional Service Centers at locations tailored to meet current
and future fielded FMS aircraft units. These Service Centers can
be specifically structured in response to negotiated contractual
agreements to support co-located ITW Military GSE units with organizational,
intermediate and depot level repair capabilities. As needed, these
Service Centers can be enhanced to support all GSE makes and models
as part of an overall Contracted Logistics Support (CLS) or Performance
Based Logistics (PBL) agreements.
- Periodic Maintenance
Agreements
Until such time as local/regional Service Centers are established,
we currently travel to the user location from our Palmetto, Florida,
U.S.A. location and perform all required periodic servicing, assess
overall operational capability, and perform minor maintenance or
repair on scheduled intervals. Periodic maintenance servicing is
normally negotiated and scheduled for 1, 2, or 5 year periods to
ensure consistent unit condition and performance.
- Periodic Service/Maintenance
Kits
We offer pre-packaged periodic service kits which include
all consumable materials for recommended quarterly, semi-annual,
or annual levels of maintenance service. These kits are unit model
specific and are a convenient method for procuring an entire service
package for a single unit. Kits are offered with or with out consumable
fluids. We also offer model specific spare parts kits which include
a selection of replacement bulbs and fuses. These kits combined with
a Periodic Maintenance Agreement will constitute a complete periodic
service and maintenance plan designed to maximize unit operational
capability and life cycle.

electronic correspondence to answer end-user requests for information.
Typically, these requests are for clarifications, performance issues,
spare parts ordering or in response to warranty servicing.

- Enhanced

all aspects of unit performance testing including EMI, climatic chamber
and other operational condition testing (wind, sand, salt, fog, etc).
We can implement Class I/II Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) or
Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) on a negotiated fee basis as
needed for customer preferred unit modifications and updates.
- One-Time
Service Calls
Our field service technicians are available for worldwide travel
to user locations to perform specific unit commissioning, maintenance,
servicing, repair, or other technical support with a minimum of two
week notice.
- Emergency

If immediate servicing is needed, our field service technicians will
travel at the earliest possible date to a user location anywhere
